The Personal Development category will focus more on who you’re being or becoming in your business and who you need to be to drive future success. It will cover leadership tools and strategies for getting the results you’re looking for.
We’ll also talk about the embodiment of your vision and values and how they show up in the business from the perspective of employees and customers. Personal Development articles are intended to inspire you and to help spark new ideas to old problems.
Leadership/Management is a business foundation topic that I will be covering it in depth. Businesses with clear and focused leadership always take the lead and thrive, no matter what is going on with the economy. Knowing where you’re going, how you’ll get there, and what it will look like once you arrive are critical to nail down.
Also, discover best practices for inspiring high-performance in your team, leading your vision while avoiding the long, scenic route, and mentoring your managers to do the same.
The Systems and Processes category will be geared toward discovering how, when, and what systems and processes will best help your business.
Most business problems are systems problems, so I’ll offer a lot of problem solving in this category. You’ll see that I’m quite serious about systems. Explore this category with me and pick up some strategies from The Seriously Systemized CEO – that’s me.
In the Strategic Automation category, I’ll cover one of my most favorite topics – working smarter, not harder using automation technology.
Automation technology can do a lot of the heavy lifting in your business for you – and do it on time every time even while you’re sleeping.
This category will cover all things business automation, from marketing and sales automation to workflow and task automation. I’m a big fan of automation tools and what they can do to help you get more done, faster, without burning out.
